Grants from the Florida Academic Cancer Center Alliance support cancer research in the state of Florida by funding pilot award projects at the University of Florida Health Cancer Center, Moffitt Cancer Center, and the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
These grants are designed to support the initial phases of research with the goal of creating larger, more detailed studies across the state of Florida. Each of the three centers provides funding for the awards, which require meaningful collaboration by investigators from at least two of the three centers.
